When will my order ship?
All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via UPS or USPS. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us
and we will replace those items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email and we can most likely add it.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to be satisfied. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition and within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for return instructions and a pre-paid return label.
Where is my refund?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.
